Internships are a great way to gain experience in a profession that you are interested in. As an intern you wont be paid for your hard work, but you'll gain contacts, get your name out there, and maybe even land a job. Many companies offer internships and although finding an internship may be easy, being a good intern is not. You have to work hard to get noticed, but if you do a great job and shine as an intern, your boss may love the work you do so much that he or she may hire you full-time.
